{BB what????}

BB creams are suddenly everywhere! From giant page ads in the popular fashion magazines to the front and center of Ulta & Sephora stores. However, you may be asking yourself the same question I was asking myself…. what in the world are BB creams? And why are they popular?

The craze started in Asia and at least a dozen brands have launched a BB cream here in the U.S.

BB stands for “Beauty Balm” or “Blemish Balm” and could be defined as an ALL in one cosmetic product to replace serum, moisturizer, primer, foundation and sunblock. It could be worn alone as a tinted moisturizer, or under your regular foundation or powder depending the desired amount of coverage.

If you are like me (very skeptical about trying something new) I was extremely hesitant about it. Because I love my routine and don’t like to mess with the brands or products I use for my face. But for already several weeks and months I had been tormented with the itch of trying these BB creams. I had seen them everywhere, and just wanted to finally try them once and for all.

So, I went ahead and purchased {LOREA’L  BB cream light skin beautifier} I wanted to first try one that was not as expensive just in case I totally hated it, then I didn’t lose so much $$$. BUT all I can say is that I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE! One of the best inventions ever!!!!
